Volunteers are wanted for the Sister Cities International California Youth Leadership Summit that will be held online on Friday, May 14, 2021. The event is organized by the Sister Cities International Southern California Chapter and Sister Cities International Northern California Chapter

This nonprofit online event will be run by young professionals and college students for high school and college students throughout California, as well as college students from California’s sister cities around the world.

Summit Overview

The overriding theme of the online Sister Cities International California Youth Leadership Summit is “Peace, Kindness and Cooperation” The online event will feature:

  • opening presentations
  • a series of themed short panel discussions addressing issues that are most important to our youth and their future well being.  Panelists: high school and college students. Moderators: college students and young professionals
  • an international round table featuring college participants from California’s sister cities around the world
  • special guests
  • entertainment
  • an award ceremony
