Meet Reiya, an alumna of Pinegrove School, India, who’s currently studying Honours in Business Technology Management at the University of Calgary. As she prepares to begin her 4th year in undergraduate studies, Reiya has been actively engaged in different activities across campus. She has captained the debate team at JDC West Haskayne 2024, the largest business case competition in western Canada, and further went on to coach the team in 2025. Her interest in social entrepreneurship has led her to direct "Inclusion powers entrepreneurship" in its first active year, empowering neurodivergent students with resources, mentorship and skills-based workshop to gain a competitive edge in the current workforce. Through this, they acquired scholarships for the project and also qualified as semi-finalists at the Enactus National competition, among 60+ schools across Canada. A fun fact about her is that she's also a published poet and hopes to write more alongside balancing her time with pro bono consulting with multiple clients.
